My first printmaking classes began with the basics in linocut and woodcut. At my university, it wasn't until second year we could move into intaglio. I love this form of printmaking. If I could, this would be the only way I printed. Alas, space issues in my studio and the required supplies and ventilation have given me pause to do more. (Yes, I should go to the local art center and studio, but that requires getting out of the house.)
